Hi, that happened to me just today. I ended up restarting my Mac. I couldn't do anything without VO arrow. I tried turning voiceover off, then on again but no dice.

Subject: [macvoiceover] Questioning about arrowing

Hi all.

I've noticed that sometimes in mail when I'm moving with just arrows and/or editing, suddenly arrowing quits working or at least the characters aren't spoken any more as I arrow. It isn't that voiceover has quit; I can still read using vokeys-arrows but not just with arrows. I'm not sure but I think it may also occasionally happen in Text Edit also. Is there a quick fix for this when it happens?

Tia.
