What exactly is happening? Are you getting busy signals or what happens when you try to navigate? did you check to see if there is a system dialog wanting attention--look with application chooser? Have you tried quitting iTunes--use force quit if you need to--and restarting your machine. A couple of times when iTunes didn't work well for me after an upgrade, this solved the problem for me. I imagine you can roll back but I'd try first to get it to work for me or get used to it because eventually there will be advances you'll miss out on if you stay back on an older version.
