I find that I have to interact with the playlist browser to get any functionality at all. Configuring the View menu helped to some degree, but in the previous version of Itunes, I was able to use system navigation and not VO navigation to move around my library. It seems that in this version, the tab key doesn't work as well or the same as in the last one.
