There was a time when you could wish a general merryChristmas or happy holidays and no one would get offended. No one would jump on the defensive. No one would take issue in the least because the implication for the well wishes for the season was simply understood. This whole political correctness and over sensitivity to implied or misinterpreted meanings is getting a little tiresome when it starts showing up on technology lists.
I've know Keith for a long time and trust me when I tell youhe meant no offense or deliberately "left anyone out" of his initial post. It was Christmas, and he wished the list a merry Christmas. If you don't celebrate that, well, then there was no slight or offense directed towards you. It was a simple greeting and, to me personally, something classy for a list moderator to do and something I emulated on my own list because of his gesture.
So, please, in the spirit of the holiday season overall, let's just drop this ridiculousness and move on to Mac and iDevice related material?
Take Care
