I have no thoughts but have not encountered the issue. Travis has softcon pdf I think which reads pdfs. I think it is the pdfs and not necessarily preview that may be the culpret. Even if they load in windows, preview looks at pdfs differently. we did have this issue in tiger and when ram is tight in leopard I've noticed it but I can usually get round it by turning vo off and then back on again after the pdf is loaded or turn vo off, load the pdf and then reload vo.

Good evening,

I tried to load a couple of large PDFs in preview (over 400 pages) and after sitting busy for a while Preview crashed.

Any thoughts on what may be causing Preview to crash? Is there another VoiceOver accessible PDF reading option?

Thanks,
Everett
