[macvoiceover] Just purchased a macbook air, now what?

Hi all.
Well, I made the plunge.  I'm an avid windows user and have just jumped ship.  
I know nothing about macs, but do have an iPhone so I am familiar with Voice 
over.  Where do I get started?
