Hi Ian,
Following as I have some heart issues when I have asthma attacks which require
a similar thing. My doctor will sometimes have me on a cardiac monitor but
it’s not accessible to me. My Apple watch does do a good job for some of what
I need though, not to mention the other built in emergency features.
I hope you can find something that works, let us know what you find!
Olivia
I have had some success using the apple watch series four, it will at least
alert me when my heart rate is to high.

Hello list, I’m trying to figure out an option for a heart rate monitor for
exercise purposes, as apparently I’m, ahem, no longer at the age where I can
just run up the beats per minute, I’m supposed to hit a target rate, blah
blah optimum percentage or something.
Griping about exercise aside, does anyone have a good solution for a heart
rate monitor with an IPhone interface that is VO friendly?
Thanks much,
Ian
