That is true. I have noticed that Kindle is usually less expensive than iBooks.

Not only does Kindall have a lot more books than iBooks has, they're often,

Thanks for all the pointers, I’ll save this for the next time I need a
Kindle book, I’m mostly an iBooks guy but this is definitely important for
those titles iBooks doesn’t have.

First of all, keith, what specifically is not working well for you on the
audible website? You can still purchase on the audible.com
<http://audible.com/> website as usual and I am having no problems doing
that. If you are having problems, be more specific and I will be glad to
try to help.

Ian, here are some tips for buying a Kindle book on Amazon. I do use the
full website instead of the supposedly separate but equal accessible one. .
But usually I go specifically to the Kindle store.

1. When navigating through the website it may be helpful to turn cursor
tracking off if you keep seeing things that say "dialog" that you can't
seem to get past or get into. Sometimes this happens to me and sometimes it
doesn't. Just remember to turn cursor tracking back on after you navigate.

2. For Kindle books, Skip all the other Amazon stuff and go directly to the
Kindle store:
http://www.amazon.com/kindlestore <http://www.amazon.com/kindlestore>

You may hear other things being spoken as you type this, such as Kindle
paperwhite but this will take you to the Kindle store. After that, all you
need do is type your book or author or whatever in the search field which
should be easily found by using the forms category in the rotor. Hit
return; find your book and hit return on it. Check the price and then just
do ctrl-option-f and type click and hit return. You should be on the link
to use one-click to buy and to the right of that is a pop-up to choose a
delivery destination of you want to use that but you don't have to do that.

It is also still possible to buy on your iPhone or iPad though you can't do
it from the Amazon app. it still can be done through safari. I haven't done
this so I don't know how accessible it is or isn't. Here is the link:

Hth.

Got my book and read my chapter for tomorrow, thanks again. Only
frustrating thing is needing to use the less than accessible full Amazon
site to make the initial purchase.

Hi Ian,
As far as I know Kindle doesn't work on the Mac but it does work very
well on the iPhone. Just go to Amazon from your computer because you
can't purchase a book from your phones app. Then by the book and have it
synced to your device. Once it's downloaded. Go to your device and open
the Kindle app. It will automatically import to your device. Then you
just click on it, and happy reading! Each time you start reading and
relaunch the Kindle app, your book Will pick up where you left off. Hope
this helps!
