Hi

I assume it means that when you delete a podcast from your iTunes library, 
it'll only send the file simultaneously to trash if it's stored in your iTunes 
media folder. If the podcast is located somewhere else, it'll be deleted from 
your library, but to send the file to trash, you'd have to go to the folder 
where it was stored and delete it manually.
