Hope someone hasn't already gotten this one, if so, sorry for the repeat. Press VO shift M twice quickly to bring up the status menu. then you can use either plain left and right arrows or VO left and right arrows to access all the different menus, similar to the menu bar across the top of the screen. down arrow to pul down the 'batter' menu, and there you are.
