I don't know quite what you mean by pressing on the first capital letter. The first link I listed sends you to voiceover downloads and it is a link on that page that downloads the file. Oh, it probably did download but now that a downloads window doesn't open you probably didn't know it; I hate that it does that! Check your Downloads folder for the file; I bet it's there.

I pressed on that first Capital letter and it said "press" but nothing happened. But I'll try again. Thanks for the info.

It's the next link after the web one. It starts something like "if you can read braille," and if you hit enter on that link there's the braille file. Since it's a full sentence instead of just one word, you probably missed the fact that it's a link.

Following this link I can see the link to the online VO user manual but can't find the link to the .brf file.
TIA for a direct link.

In case this hasn't been posted yet, voiceover getting started guides (Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion) and iPhone User Guides (iOS 3, 4 and 5) are available from the San Francisco Lighthouse for the Blind. Lion is the most expensive of the voiceover ones at $24.95 and is in three volumes. Shipping is UpS and therefore will add substantially to the cost. Apple also has the Lion one available as a brf file for download and the older ones might also be available still on the website but I didn't check that. Here are the links.
