[mac4theblind] Re: time machine backup / restore

     When you VO space on Time Machine in the Dock, after a few seconds, there 
should be a Time Machine Controls window.  You might need to use the Window 
Chooser menu to find it.  When you are there, there is a horizontal slider you 
can interact with to go back in time.  Again, though, there seems to be no way 
to select specific items.  You can restore an entire backup, I believe.
