if you are talking about gmail you can let's say janedoe@xxxxxxxxx has several
stuff she uses. For twitter she could use
janedoe+twitter@xxxxxxxxx and for college janedoe+college@xxxxxxxxx if that
helps. you don't need to set it up you just write it down on an email form and
it should get forwarded to yrou real gmail address.
