[mac4theblind] finding location to place safari script

Hi Listers,
Today I downloaded a script from the macfortheblind web page that is supposed
to toggle a window showing the download information when using safari. The
instructions for the script say to place it in the
~library/scripts/applications/safari/ folder. Well, I can't find such a folder.
Do I need to create it?
I get as far as: mac hd (I'm assuming this is the "~" part) library/scripts/
folder but the "applications" folder is not one of the ten items found within.
Am I looking in the wrong library folder? Thanks in advance.************
