[mac4theblind] Voiceover sounds quicker getting info when off than on?

Hi all, just have a simple question. 

When for those who use VO with the sounds, I was just simply wondering do you 
get quicker speech when not using them? Or is it the same amount of time either 
way. 

Hope this makes sense. 

If anyone wants me to explain further then I will try and do so.
