The easiest way to do this is first select all of the addresses you want in the group from your address list. Then, from the file menu, you'll want, new group from selection. Just name the group and you are all set. Use the non-contiguous item selection method in your address list to first select the addresses if they are scattered throughout the list. Take Care John D.
