Is it the system freezing or is it the computer? Some of your Mac mini might
not have enough ram and processer to keep up! Don't know what your has. JST

Thank you for this info. I've been considering purchasing docuScan
plus, and these are the types of things that can really make or break
an app. Did you report your findings to Serotek?
