[mac4theblind] Is it possible to turn off auto fill in Safari's address bar? If so how can I do it?

Hi all, subject says it all. I just like to be able to write in the web address
myself with VO and at times I find it trys to auto fill and basically want to
know if there is a way I can turn this off.
