Do it from the App Store. Works on the iPhone, iPad and Mac. I've done this on
all three just today. Unhiding them is harder. You do that from your iTunes
account. But Hiding happens right from the purchased section of the app store.
On the Mac it's a table. ON the Phone and iPad it's just a button.
