Those assume that you did not disable the preview thing like I did. I hate it
so made it disappear If you did disable the preview pain vo j will not work but
to jump back and forth between the mail box list and the messages pain. I still
use classic view over here as it is easier for me to work with it.

use VO-j to jump to the message area to read it if I want to read the entire
message. Then, I do the same command to jump back to the message table. When
you are in the message content area, use the standard VO-keys to navigate the
message itself.
