Craig; I have the ClonerAlliance Evolve which has a composite input in
addition to HDMI. I figure there might be the occasional analog source I’ll
need to digitize. I also have an Etekcity 4x1 switch which strips out the copy
protection from the Roku box. I just purchased an REI HDMI splitter which will
send to two HDMI feeds from the switcher. All this equipment cost me less than
$200.00 total.
ClonerAlliance has a two-year warranty on their products.

Dan, which Cloner-Alliance box do you use? They appear to have quite an
extensive product line. Also, which HDMI mini switcher?

I notice that there is a lot of Public Domain content on Tubi and similar
streaming apps. Most of this is in either HD or very high quality SD. I’ve
started to replace some of my Classic TV mpeg2 content with these higher
resolution versions in Mpeg4. I use the stand alone Cloner-Alliance box to
capture it from Roku.

Is anyone still programming their own channel? If yes, where do you get your
