I didn't see any errors and watched it again specifically looking for them.
The next step would be converting it to 14x9 like MeTV, almost wide screen, but
barely noticeable that it isn't full screen.

00:38 Her Face. Etc. I am not saying it is not tolerable watching the
video. Butwhen you put it into a server, the server decodes it back to
uncompressed videoto send it out the video port. Then the on-air encoder
recompresses it and is goingto see those “flutters” as details, and use up more
bandwidth trying toreproduce it. This is a big problem with black and
white. Color video doesnot have near the problems black and white because it is
reproducing less colorinformation. With black and white, it is trying to
produce all of the colors tomake perfect black and white. The Mpeg2 and Mpeg4
codec folks should havethought of black and white as a “4th” color. Would have
taken upmuch less information. But they were probably thinking HD Football

720 x 480 is really 360 x 240 lines ofresolution. 240 lines is VHS quality, 260
