Unfortunately, Locast is not yet available in your market. Viewers can only
receive stations within their DMA. You can check www.locast.org
<http://www.locast.org/> periodically to see if / when they're coming to your
market.
Locast is a non-profit, so they ask for donations (they interrupt the stream
you're watching every 15 minutes to remind you to donate.) You can watch on a
variety of devices: mobile, desktop, Roku, Fire TV, etc. I watch through Fire
TV stick and the quality is very good.
As for stations, I imagine Locast puts them on based on ratings and equipment
availability. Maybe Bob Naismith has some insight in to that.
