The Walter Reed fiasco is not a failure or errors: it's entirely due to Bush's policies: in the name of "privatize", they hand off govt functions to ex-Halliburton cronies along with $140m, and watch the criminals loot the system.
The poor soldier boys were sent into that meatgrinder for no reason at all, and when they came back wounded, they were thrown away into a dark closet to be ignored. Those Republican leeches profited on them.
