Having smugly congratulated myself for leaving England when she was elected, I 
landed in an America in which some proportion of the voting population (I 
forget the vote count) thought that a second-rate actor would make a good 
president.  Today there are people who adore both figures.  Not me.  But now 
that she's dead, I'm not going to sing, "Ding Dong."  I do, however, admire the 
writer of this particular piece of graffito.  Thank you for bringing it to our 
attention.
