[lit-ideas] Notion: Lit Id Gathering

So, I got to thinking this morning about all the great people I've gotten to
meet off the list (Mike, David Ritchie, RP -- in that order). And I had the
perhaps bizarre idea that it might interesting to pick a location and have a
sort of list-gathering at the end of this coming summer for whoever would be
interested in participating. I think it could be fun.
