I have a conference coming up in 'States in
July/August, probably Bay Area, and I can do stop-over
in say in New York or Toronto on the way. Both the
time, location and my participation are still
unconfirmed, so don't count me in.
In the mean time, I would like to draw everyone's
attention to a Phil-Lit by law that I believe also
applies to Lit-Ideas. Section 45.6(c) on Providing
Beverages to List Members reads:
"Should a list member find him or herself in a city,
state, nation or continent inhabited by another list
member due to travel (business, academic, tourist or
unintentional), a drink should be offered. Financial,
religious, medical, ethical or logistical exceptions
do not apply."
