On a personal level what this means is that if patients whose primary
insurance is Medicare cannot see Doctors, then Dr's will not be
writing prescriptions for them for oxygen, nebulizers, etc., meaning
our patient load will diminish fast.

See? That's how capitalism solves the problem! The patient load disappears!

That's why the French are so thrilled by Sarkozy's plan to introduce predatory capitalism, er, the gentle hand of Adam Smith into France.
