Yes, I know exactly what you mean. With should be lower case, though.  I 
decided to check.  It's Cider with Rosie.

Thank you.  The convention part is what makes it so hard.  Words like 'with' I 
don't usually capitalize but am never sure.  It'd be nice if there was a rule, 
but then Republicans would lobby against it anyway so what's the point.
