Andreas: Eric, how would nationalism be defined? Who gets to be
the member of the nationalist state?
Those who live within a certain geographical boundary?

Bingo! An enlightened nationalism simply means that the purpose
of a nation is to provide for the well being of all of its citizens.
At present we have a hybrid between nationalism and globalism and
the worst part of both. When they want you to die in Iraq, it's
fighting for your country; when they want to outsource your job,
it's because we're a global marketplace.
