Who says he wrote "his" reaction-speech?  Not unless he were able  to do so 
in a matter of minutes.  Webb's speech was as well-rehearsed and  tele-prompted 
as Bush's.  Show-biz reigns supreme.  Someone tell me  whom the last 
President *not* to have a speech-writer was.
