Mike: Tsk, tsk, Eric, every day you get more conservative.
You have no idea how utterly hell-bent recklessly absolutely
superliberal I am. I am so liberal it would make your nose
bleed. My ancestors were here being wholly liberal before
the country was founded. The family tradition of
hyperliberality--and I mean such an extreme degree of
liberality that it would seem like madness to
most--continues to this day. I mean, we're really really
talking liberal here, so liberal that it would make Chomsky
uncomfortable. Hyperliberal in word and in deed, 24/7/365.
Of course I also want to kill all the Islamic terrorists and
use any means to cripple their capacity to project terrorist
acts.
To some liberals, this would appear to be a crisis of
conscience. For me however, being hyperliberal and all, I
see this position as being consistent with my liberal belief
in an ever-improving liberal humanity. I am so hyperliberal
that I allow myself to have those opinions. So sue me.
