[liblouis-liblouisxml] lou_allround and character sets

Hi!
As I'm currently cleaning up the Norwegian tables for liblouis, I'd
like to use lou_allround. The problem occures when typing the
Norwegian specific characters without using Unicode. Instead I use
iso8859-1. Is there a way round?
