It's on the downloads page. Enhancements in this release include a bug
fix for a segmentation fault if a nonexistent or erroneous table was
passed to a library function and the ability to assign temporary files
to a directory other than the current one in file2brl. This is done
using the option --writeable-path followed by a path name.
