Hello,
As promised some time ago, I have attached a list of recommended changes to the
UEB-g2 table for liblouis. If someone is able to implement these changes I
would then be pleased to test the results.
Some points to note:

* I have listed only those items which need to be changed.

* I have not dealt with shortforms in this file but have made lots of
notes and can send a separate file early next year if work is not already
underway on this issue?

* UEB is much more liberal in the use of contractions across syllables,
which is why a lot of entries can be removed.

New rules are required to implement the following concepts which are new in UEB:

* The standing alone rule (which defines when a wordsign can be used).

* Use the alphabetic wordsign when the word it represents is followed by
an apostrophe with the following letters: d, ll, re, s, t, ve

* "Do not use the final-letter groupsign for "ness" when the feminine
ending "ess" is added to a word ending in "en" or "in". For example, "ness" is
not used in "chieftainess", "citizeness" or "heatheness".

*        Capitalisation passages and terminators
I understand that work is already underway on other issues such as typeform
indicators.

Thank you!
Leona
