[liblouis-liblouisxml] The script indicator in UEB

Currently liblouis handles the following emphasis types, bold, italic
underline and computer braille. Adding a script indicator would break
backward compatibility. This is because, due to some choices made at the
beginning (not mine), only four emphasis indicators can be accommodated.
How important is the script indicator?
