I wonder what's with the Windows builds anyway. Trying to download v3.13 for
Windows just issues a "not found" error. No explanation.
Ikrami, I thought the Windows build would be easier to work with for you, or
for anyone who are used to the Windows GUI and not so much the Linux command
line. Learning the Windows command line in order to work with the Liblouis
programs is already something, but learning the Linux command line (Bash shell)
is definitely a bit of a mouthful.
