[liblouis-liblouisxml] MathML MFence

Hello,
I was translating some MathML into Nemeth and noticed that the MathML MFence
was not being translated properly. I found in the math.sm file:
mfenced mfenced ^(,,^)
mfenced mfenced,open,{ ^{,^}
I believe this indicates that the MathML node mfenced should be translated
and I believe that the standard MathML node for this is mfence (without the
letter d at the end). If this is so, to fix it can I just remove the letter
d from the mfenced in the first column? Should there be any changes to the
code?
