[liblouis-liblouisxml] Linking problem in msys-MinGW

We have been unable to bu9ild Windows binaries for libxml-2.1.0 and
later because msys-MinGW was unable to link the various modules in the
library. configure.ac contains code for Mingw and cygwin that does have
LD-FLAGS My guree is that these need to be changed in somme way. Would
some of you with more experience with Gnu autotools take a look?
