[liblouis-liblouisxml] Help needed with documentation

The debug configuration setting should certainly be mentioned in the
liblouisutdml documentation. So should a lot of other things. I've done
a little work on the documentation recently, but I feel that I must
concentrate on design and coding. I'll be glad to collaborate with
anyone wheo has experience in documentation. The liblouis documentation
also needs work. In addition, we need a BrailleBlaster manual.
The preferences.cfg file in the liblouisutdml repository contains all
possibloe configuration settings and is intended as a base for
documentation.
