[liblouis-liblouisxml] Re: Google code project downloads

liblouis.org is hosted on ViewPlus servers. I'm not sure we should ulse 
them for things that will be widely available, not just something the 
company develops. The same goes for brailleblaster.org.

If the downloads are hosted on an APH server we could just put a link 
on the googlecode page to the APH downloads page. The latter should be 
special for releases of liblouis liblouisutdml and BrailleBlaster. It 
could ccontain releases and documentation.
