[liblouis-liblouisxml] Eliminating the mathml2brl Program

The mathml2brl program was used early on to test the lbx_translateString
liblouisxml function. There are now users who employ that function, so
it is well tested. The program serves no purpose now, so I want to
eliminate it from the distribution and the documentation. It should
remain in svn as a source of possible future code. The only program will
be xml2brl.
