[liblouis-liblouisxml] An universal word exception with need committing before new january release

Hy,
I added hu-exceptionwords.cti file an universal word exception with handles more cases (for example meglepetésszoftver word). 
I added new testcases the hungarian harness files.
Before next january release date anybody possible committing the attached patch? Unfortunately I not have commit access. Commit is absolute not urgent if the team not would like releasing a next bugfix release before january. The patch I tested, not will be producing failures.
If have a schedule date the new january release and I founding more exceptions with real braille usage (browsing internet, reading books, etc), I collecting the exceptions and send a joined patch before release date-1 week. Fortunately not often I found lot of exceptions with need adding the exception table. :-):-)
