Hello Matt,

City of Bayswater have just finished commissioning DocAssembler with Docs on
Tap as phase 2 of the project. Our implementation involves storing the
documents in our own sharepoint tenant. We have implemented McAfee UCE / DLP
which has integration hooks to O365/Sharepoint Online which provides capability
to 'filter' permissible sharing based on classification/file content. We have
it on 'monitor only' mode at present. It's early in implementation so can't
share implementation details just yet.

Hi all,

Currently, the City of Launceston uses Docs on Tap to deliver Council and
Workshop Agendas, Attachments and Audit Panel documents. Docs on Tap also
allows the councillors to mark up their agenda's before the meeting. We have
used this product since 2015 and find it work well however some of the
councillors are interested in a different system.

We're interested in hearing what other councils use to deliver their agenda's
and in particular, how they control the delivery of those documents to prevent
the potential sharing of closed council information.
