Hi Matt,

If you are doing a market scan we had a demo of a product called CivicClerk.
From the demo it ticked a lot of boxes. It may be worth including in your
review.
We liked it as it would resolve / consolidate the applications we have for
council meetings / agendas.

We have not yet gone through a full review but liked what we saw.

Hi all,

Currently, the City of Launceston uses Docs on Tap to deliver Council and
Workshop Agendas, Attachments and Audit Panel documents. Docs on Tap also
allows the councillors to mark up their agenda's before the meeting. We have
used this product since 2015 and find it work well however some of the
councillors are interested in a different system.

We're interested in hearing what other councils use to deliver their agenda's
and in particular, how they control the delivery of those documents to prevent
the potential sharing of closed council information.
