[leveller] New plug-in: Illustrator contour import

I've updated the Contour plug-in so that Leveller's File, Import... dialog offers an Adobe Illustrator option (at the very top of the format list field). It basically automates and simplifies the process of producing a convex hull manually using Shapes, Import... and Shapes, Heightfield from Points.


The measurement units map Illustrator points (pixels) to a realworld gridpost spacing (or vice versa). The elevation span is based on the min/max gray values in the AI file (or to pitch black to pure white if "From max. possible" is checked).

The updated plug-in is available at:

and should be placed in Leveller's plugins folder.
