I was getting some photocopies made, yesterday, when I spotted a beautifully
kept (or marvelously restored to stock), convertible, VW Beetle.
My take is that it's a 1958 or '59, as it has the older pull out door handles
(changed to push buttons in 1960) but the front turn signals were moved to the
top of the bumper in '58.
I have included a third shot of the rear (scroll down), to help anyone pin it
down any better.
