Yep, it's bad enough knowing I'm an idiot on those occasions when I'm not
just being a dolt. Plenty of people are never hesitant to remind me. I just
wasn't expecting Leica to be part of the crowd!

Sounds like R8 Knobitis has struck a chord. If Leica is listening, maybe
they will include some black tape with each new camera. Lacking that, why
didn't they just FIX IT with the R9?

The trouble with making camera controls idiot-proof is that someone is
always going to make a better idiot!

Seriously, I was surprised the R8 didn't have locking controls since Leica
supposedly leared this lesson and corrected it with the R4sP.  Another
example of history repeating itself.
