I appreciate your input, Steve

Through a convoluted set of circumstances, I've ended up with two (in both
cases the price was too good to pass up). One is at DAG getting refurbished
& updated to 3-cam, the other is now my 'working' 35. I have a little
experience with it. It seems like a decent enough lens, nothing really
spectacular. Watch for flare spots when the sun is in the picture area. I
like the small size; there's hardly any excuse to leave it behind. "Small"
in this context is w.r.t. other SLR lenses ;-)

thanks Doug... I will post some photos... the hood is brand new...the price of the hood/lens was about the price of the hood alone in some places....Steve
