David,
In fact a few years back a photog has been catched by the justice in France. He
made some postcards, sold them.
The subject was some houses of the famous RE Island in Brittany. It is as
pittoresque as Venice Island such as Murano but on a different register.
Well, the owner of the house claimed the photog made a profit of the 'image',
in terms of what the house represents rather than the pixel collection and thus
asked a profit share. The owner won....
And the Sun light, and the idea of taking a photo on such an angle, etc. All
this named creativity has been swept away.
Crumbs munchers.....
I would be pround to see my house on some Ubuntu Wallpaper distribution if I
ever travel to Bengalore. Or if the town Council of Maisons Alfort publishes a
photo in their monthly magazine, it is all right. Photography is a sport!

Hi Xavier!
I gave your idea of collecting poo samples from the animals serious
consideration, for, perhaps, 10 to 15 microseconds, before discarding the
idea.
Ah, you were lucky to escape the trial by a few months, else she would have
asked for 90% of the incomes.
Only a DNA test could have proven the horse was not her's.
Ah yes... but she would have to prove the horse in my image WAS hers ... and
without the poo samples....
David.
